30 instant days - on hold for now !

SO I got my fashion week schedule and it's very very busy so for now...until things quieten down I shall put the 30 instant days project on hold because gurl's gonna need to carry the least amount of extra cameras as possible!!!

T-shirt shoot

I recently did a job for Tokyo based t-shirt company visible elephant 47. The pics are on the way to the Japan, in the mean time some random shots from the shoot as we speak. We had so much fun doing it-especially the night time shoot riding around on a chopper bike in the dark is a blast!

We used the model's dog Woody, also a great model and was very interested in my camera...tehehe

I went for a trip to Mornington Peninsula and could not find my camera ANYWHERE. So as a consolation I snapped this picture instead...I wore this hat all day in the sunshine. Later, my Mum (who's visiting from NZ) discovered the camera under a pile of scarves.

A little birthday celebration with friends=a cake that collapses because you failed to put it in the fridge and due to it's  chocolate moussey consistency it turned into a flop but was delicious.

30 instant days

Today is my birthday, and today I also begin my new personal photo project "30 instant days". I will take a photo every day with my instax mini camera and post them on this blog for your viewable pleasure.


 I chose to start from today because (a) it's my birthday- a monumental point in time & I'm also getting a scanner to scan all my dreamy instant film pictures (b) there is a lot to look forward to over the next 30 days ... you'll see and (c) April is the time when Summer turns to Autumn...so I guess there will be a lot of changes over the next 30 days...some good, some bad...but who knows? 

 We'll only find out as the project progresses....

disclaimer: Today's photo will come tomorrow, until then I've posted an alternative and I may not upload a photo every single day....because of technical restrictions or  pure laziness haha (non commitment from the first day?!) but I will take a photo every day regardless. I promise.
